Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of calivo.app, its application and its API, provided by Calivo. By creating an account or using the public check you accept them.

1. What Calivo does — Calivo computes a pre-qualification: eliminatory conditions, an estimated score and the co-financing, from the official programme documents and the data you provide or that we retrieve from public registries. The result is deterministic and explained rule by rule.
2. No filing, no guarantee — we do not prepare or submit applications and we do not guarantee eligibility, a score or funding. Programmes change, documents contain ambiguities and registry data may be outdated; always check the official guide before deciding.
3. Account and organisation — an account belongs to a person and works inside an organisation (a company, a sole trader, a consultant's portfolio). You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the data you enter about entities you are entitled to represent.
4. Plans, credits and payments — the free plan has limits; paid plans give monthly credits and remove delays. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, under its own terms; subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the paid period.
5. Acceptable use — do not use the service to harvest data at scale, to circumvent limits, to test other people's identifiers without their authorisation or to interfere with the platform. Rate limits apply to every public endpoint.
6. API and integrations — API keys are issued per organisation, are personal to it and consume its credits; we may revoke keys used against these terms. Integrations you configure send your organisation's events to endpoints you control.
7. Data and privacy — personal data is processed as described in the privacy notice; company data from public registries is public information. You can export or erase your organisation's data yourself from the settings.
8. Liability — to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes — we may update these terms and the service; material changes are announced in the application or by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
10. Applicable law and disputes — these terms are governed by the law of the operator's country; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
