This website (fondevia.com) and the Fondevia service are operated by EVOLUTION HCC SL. This page identifies the operator, as required by article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services (LSSI-CE) and by article 5 of Romanian Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce, and sets out the conditions under which the site is made available.

  2. Purpose of the site — Fondevia turns official funding documents into structured rules and estimates whether a business qualifies. It is an information tool for professional users — not legal, financial or tax advice — and it does not submit applications.
  3. Hosting — the site is hosted by Vercel Inc. and the database and authentication run on Supabase; both act as our processors under data processing agreements.
  4. Official sources — program rules are extracted from documents published by the funding bodies, with the quoted passage and page for each rule; the official guide always prevails over our summary.
  5. Liability — we do not submit applications and do not guarantee any outcome; every verdict is an estimate. The operator is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of an estimate, nor for the content of third-party sites we link to.
  6. Intellectual property — the site, its software, texts and the structure of the rule base belong to the operator or its licensors; official documents remain the property of their publishers. Company data comes from public registries.
  7. Applicable law and jurisdiction — this notice and the use of the site are governed by Spanish law; the courts of Valencia (Spain) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that protect a user who, exceptionally, qualifies as a consumer.
