This site (calivo.app) is operated by Calivo. This page identifies the operator and sets out the conditions under which the site is made available.

Operator — the service is provided by Calivo; the identification details above come from the operator's legal registration and are updated when they change.
Purpose of the site — Calivo turns official funding documents into structured rules and estimates whether a company or a person qualifies. It is an information tool, not legal, financial or tax advice.
Hosting — the site is hosted by Vercel Inc. and the database and authentication run on Supabase; both act as our processors under data processing agreements.
Official sources — programme rules are extracted from documents published by the funding bodies, with the quoted passage and page for each rule; the official guide always prevails over our summary.
Liability — we do not submit applications and do not guarantee any outcome; the operator is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of an estimate, nor for the content of third-party sites we link to.
Intellectual property — the site, its software, texts and the structure of the rule base belong to the operator or its licensors; official documents remain the property of their publishers. Company data comes from public registries.
Applicable law — these notices are governed by the law of the operator's country of registration; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
