I don’t have a company yet — or I want to open another one

Tell us what you plan to do and we check the open programs in France against it. No tax ID: there is nothing to look up yet.

Everything except the field is optional. What you leave out is not assumed to be zero — the conditions that depend on it come back as “to be checked once the company exists”.

The method

From the official guide to a verdict you can audit

  1. We read the official guide.

We take the applicant guide exactly as it was published, version by version. Nothing is written from memory.

  2. Every condition becomes a rule, with its page.

Each rule carries its quote and its page. Eliminatory conditions, scoring criteria and the co-financing share, all from the same document.

  3. The verdict is computed, not generated.

A deterministic engine compares the rules with your company's official data: the same input always gives the same result, condition by condition.

How it works

What you get

  • The eliminatory conditionsEvery condition that can stop you, checked against the company's official data — with the passage and the page from the guide.
  • The estimated scoreWhat you would score on the call's grid, criterion by criterion, computed from the same rules.
  • The co-financing, calculatedThe share you put in and the amount you can receive, in figures, not in percentages.

For consultants

A portfolio of companies, one verdict per client

You cross dozens of companies with dozens of calls. Fondevia does the crossing, with the quote from the official guide under every condition.

  • Volume, not one company at a time
  • Reports under your own brand
  • A price per client, not per report
  • The same verdicts, inside your own tools

Partners

For institutions, banks and associations

The Fondevia verdict can live inside your own service: through the API, under your brand, with the same rules and the same quotes from the official guides.

API
The same verdicts, in your systemsA versioned API with one key per organisation and an OpenAPI document: what the interface shows, you receive too.
SLA
Commitments in writingAvailability and response times are set in the partnership contract, not in promises.
GDPR
Data in the EU, documented processingThe register of processing activities is generated from the code, and export and erasure on request are functions of the platform.
AUDIT
Every verdict can be redoneA deterministic engine: the same input gives the same result, with the quote from the guide and the input fingerprint kept next to the verdict.

Why Fondevia

  • Official sources only

Every rule carries the passage and the page of the applicant guide it comes from. No summaries written from memory.

  • A verdict you can audit

No black box: the same company and the same rules always give the same result, condition by condition.

  • Score and co-financing, not just yes or no

Beyond the eliminatory conditions: the estimated score against the call's grid and the share you must fund yourself — computed from the same rules.

  • A person on the other side

Dispute any verdict or ask for a human review; a person answers within 30 days.

Questions before you start

  • What is Fondevia, and what is it not?

Fondevia reads the official documents of public funding programmes (EU funds, national and regional schemes), turns their conditions into rules and tells you whether your company or activity meets them. It is an information tool: it does not prepare or submit applications, it is not a consultant and it does not guarantee any outcome.

  • Why don’t you submit applications?

Submitting an application means signing statements on your behalf and taking responsibility for them. We only do what can be checked and repeated: reading the rules and comparing them with your figures. The application itself stays with you or with a consultant you choose.
